Winter Self Care Series: Power Booty

Power Booty Workout Session 

Power Booty is some of my favorite hip openers mixed with a high energy workout, where we will fire up your glutes, build strength and shape your hottest asset. It will leave you with a WAP, feeling tight and loose in all the right places. Tops welcome.

What to bring/be prepared with: 

  • Water, lots of it! 
  • A surface to work out on
  • A small towel
  • A big towel to cover your workout surface
  • Anything heavy—books, weights, furniture—if you want to add difficulty, but body weight will be sufficient
  • If you can control your heater, turn it up! Windows closed.
