Mindfulness in Action: Exploring the principles of the Alexander Technique
Expand the awareness of your body, your mind and your breath and experience the power of connecting with your expanded self.
During this 75-minute experiential workshop, we’ll practice slowing the mind down, relaxing the physical body and pausing before reacting to any given stimulus so that we can begin to have a choice.
We’ll learn to connect with the support of the earth and the space around us. By cultivating the art of doing less we can actually and ultimately get more done. We spend less energy.
This workshop is open to everyone, no previous experience required. Please bring a mat to lie on (a blanket, rug or a folded towel will do) and some books to support the head.
